SYCOM came into existence in the year 1987 and was incorporated as SYCOM PROJECTS CONSULTANTS PVT. LTD under the Companies Act in the year 1997 with a mission to establish itself at the top corporate ladder in consultancy sector. SYCOM is also enlisted in the Directory of Industrial Consultants maintained by the Central Financial Institutions, i.e. IDBI, IFCI & ICICI. In addition, we are also empanelled with several Multilateral and Bilateral foreign developmental agencies such as The World Bank, United Nation Development Programme (UNDP), Department For International Development (DFID), Asian Development Bank (ADB), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA) Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD), Canadian International Development Agency ( CIDA), International Labour organization (ILO), Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), European Commission (EC). Commercial Service U.S.A, The American India Foundation Trust (AIF), ICCO- India-Canada Cooperation Office, National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA).
SYCOM has also honour of working with various National and State level Government Departments, Institutions and Public Sector Undertaking such as Department of Science and Technology (DST), TIFAC, Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of New & Renewable Energy(MNRE), Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF), Non Conventional Energy Development Agency (NEDA), PICUP, BIP, NEDFI, Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board(UTDB), MPUVN, HUDA, SADA, CDC, Institute for Plasma Research, J&K Housing Board, HP Housing Board, CPCB etc.
SYCOM has also worked in the urban development sector for various Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and State Urban Development Agencies.
