Richa is Manager- CSR and Sustainable Development at Sycom Projects Consultants and has been associated with TOFTigers certification audit team for the last seven years. She has done her master’s in Natural Resource Management from GGSIP University, Delhi, and bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences from Sri Venkateshwara College, University of Delhi. She also holds a B.Ed. from GGSIP University, Delhi. Richa has working experience in areas related to Sustainable Tourism, Corporate Social Responsibility, Gender-Based Violence, Climate Change (NAMA), Solid Waste Management, and Water Health and Sanitation related projects for clients such as The World Bank, JICA, UNDP, GIZ, Royal Enfield, Adelphi, DFAT, NIUA etc . She has also participated in community services through Pehal Movement. She has carried out several PUG/ Footprint audits as a TOFTigers auditor. She is a GSTC internationally-qualified auditor and had undertaken dozens of audits across India and Nepal. Recently she successfully completed the Travelife Coach and Auditor Training program.
